Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza was born from a simple but powerful idea: great pizza deserves great heat. Founded in the heart of South Florida, we brought the ancient tradition of coal-fired baking to modern diners who crave authenticity over shortcuts.
Anthony Mangieri, a passionate pizzaiolo with roots in the Italian-American tradition, opened our first location on Biscayne Blvd with a singular vision — to create pizzas with a perfectly charred crust, vibrant toppings, and flavors that linger long after the last bite.
Today, we remain committed to that original promise: using premium ingredients, burning real anthracite coal at over 800°F, and serving every pizza with the same love and attention that started it all.
